About the Position

We are now looking for delivery drivers for Instabee in Malmö who want to contribute to the company's continued growth. The role is suitable for those who enjoy working independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about providing excellent service. As a delivery driver, you will be an important part of the supply chain and responsible for ensuring packages reach their recipients on time – always with a smile and a sense of quality.

You will be a vital part of Instabee's distribution chain and help ensure that thousands of packages are delivered on time – together with a close-knit team that values community, pace, and quality. The role is suitable for those who enjoy practical work, clear routines, and a positive team spirit.

Working hours are scheduled from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM (sometimes until 7:00 PM) Monday to Friday.

As a delivery driver, your main responsibilities will include:

Delivery of packages within Skåne (mainly Malmö, sometimes Helsingborg)
Sorting and handling of returns
Driving a light truck (van, class B)
Ensuring that all deliveries are handled correctly and efficiently
Starting point from the terminal in Oxie

The position of Delivery Driver is a consulting assignment as needed. Since the assignment is a needs-based employment, it is required that you have another employment of at least 50% that you can provide proof of.

About You

To thrive in the role of delivery driver, you should be a responsible, punctual, and service-oriented person who appreciates a job where no day is the same. You have good local knowledge of Malmö and the surrounding area and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

We are looking for someone who has:

A B driver's license for at least 2 years
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Good local knowledge of Malmö and the surrounding area
The ability to handle a fast pace and plan effectively

Meritorious:

Previous experience as a delivery driver, terminal, or warehouse worker
Experience in the logistics or service industry

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
