About the Position

We are now looking for driven and hardworking terminal workers for Instabee in Malmö. In this role, you will have a central position in the operation where you will handle, sort, and scan packages of varying sizes and weights at the terminal on a daily basis. The work is physical and takes place at a fast pace, requiring endurance, focus, and precision.

You will be an important part of Instabee's distribution chain and contribute to the timely delivery of thousands of packages – alongside a close-knit team that values community, speed, and quality. The role is suitable for you who enjoys practical work, clear routines, and a positive team spirit.

Working hours are scheduled between 06:00 and 21:00. Weekend work may occur. We prefer that you are available to work at least 2 shifts per week.

Your main tasks as a terminal worker will include:

Package handling from the conveyor
Sorting and scanning
Loading and unloading packages
Working at various stations in the terminal

The position of Terminal Worker is a consulting assignment as needed. Since the assignment is a need-based employment, it is required that you have another occupation of at least 50% that you can provide proof of.

About You

You are a flexible person who enjoys physical work at a fast pace. Previous experience from a terminal or warehouse is an advantage. Furthermore, it is important that you are accommodating with a strong will and have a positive attitude towards your work. You are unpretentious and have a good work ethic.

We are looking for you who:

Are studying or have another main occupation of at least 50% (proof required)
Are flexible with working hours
Have a strong work ethic and are reliable
Can handle physically demanding tasks at times in a fast-paced environment

Meritorious:

Forklift license (A/B)
Previous experience in terminal or warehouse work

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
