As a personnel manager with us, you will have overall responsibility for several assistant groups and work closely with both users and colleagues in an organization where care is always the starting point.

Responsibilities for the personnel manager in personal assistance

As a personnel manager, you will be responsible for recruitment, staffing, documentation, and leadership of personal assistants connected to our users. Your work will also include follow-up, scheduling, and maintaining close dialogue with users, relatives, and assistants.

Qualifications for the role of personnel manager

  • Experience in leadership, preferably within personal assistance, LSS, healthcare, or social work.
  • Good communication skills and experience in mentoring and developing employees.
  • You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills.
  • Knowledge of labor law, collective agreements, and staffing planning is an advantage.
  • A valid driver's license (B) is an advantage.
  • Post-secondary education in HR, behavioral science, social work, or another relevant field is an advantage.
