In your role as Project Manager, you will belong to our Service business area, which focuses on working with service companies. As a Project Manager, you will have overall customer responsibility and coordinate the work in various customer assignments. Job Responsibilities

In the role of Project Manager, you will work with several clients where you have overall customer responsibility. Here, you will have the opportunity to coordinate the work in various customer assignments and coach junior consultants working with ongoing accounting. You will also work hands-on with a focus on the more advanced parts of accounting!

You will, for example, be responsible for:

  • Project managing, coordinating, and structuring the work in various customer assignments
  • Being responsible for communication and delivery to the client
  • Monitoring profitability in customer assignments
  • Starting collaborations with new clients
  • Resource planning and distributing work together with the group manager
  • Coaching, supporting, and training junior consultants
  • Working with ongoing accounting
  • Preparing monthly financial statements, annual financial statements, and annual reports
  • Income tax returns, reporting, taxes, and VAT

 

Who are you?

You are confident in yourself, communicative, and have a pedagogical way of explaining and guiding. With a calm and attentive approach, you create trust in meetings with both colleagues and clients. We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 3 years of experience in accounting and project management
  • Independently handles ongoing accounting, income tax returns, annual financial statements, and annual reports in K2 regulations, and has experience with K3 regulations
  • Has experience and/or aptitude for training, coaching, or leading colleagues
  • Has a post-secondary education in economics
  • Is fluent in Swedish and has very good knowledge of English

It is an extra merit if you:

  • Have experience working in an accounting or auditing firm and/or have a good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work structured even during high-paced periods
  • Have experience in group accounting
  • Have experience with K10 regulations
  • Have experience in starting up work with new clients
  • Have experience with Fortnox
