Exide Technologies is now looking for a structured and service-oriented inside sales representative for the business area Motion – truck batteries. This is a temporary position where you will join a system-intensive customer support team with significant responsibility for order management and daily customer contact. You will play an important role in keeping the supply chain together – focusing on ensuring our customers receive quick and accurate assistance. Start October 2025.

Your mission

You will have a central role in supporting customers, responding to incoming inquiries, and following up on order flows with high quality. Your focus will be on the customer group within truck batteries.

Responsibilities

• Customer support via phone and email
• Management of order basket and follow-up in business systems (EDI)
• Deviation handling and proactive customer dialogue
• Analyze orders, delivery status, and margins
• Work with Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP)
• Collaboration with sales, logistics, and customer service in Sweden and the rest of the Nordic region.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in customer support, order management, or inside sales
• Good system skills, preferably with EDI flows
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Experience from the automotive industry, energy solutions, or material handling is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
