About the role: As part of our Finland team, you will be a key player in assisting customers with their various inquiries. You will handle questions regarding e-commerce, products, inventory, and complaints, both via phone and email.
Who we are looking for: We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, has excellent Finnish language skills, and has a positive attitude. You should be familiar with working with computers, phones, and various systems. Experience in customer service is a plus but not a requirement.

Practical information:
- Start: By agreement
- Scope: Part-time 50% - 80% (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Location: Norrköping
- Working hours: Within the framework of Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00
- Language requirements: Finnish in spoken and written form
