Responsibilities
As a Project Manager with us, you will take full responsibility for our client relationships and ensure that we deliver the highest quality in our assignments while ensuring that our resources are used efficiently. You will work both operationally and strategically, collaborating closely with other project managers and group leaders to achieve the business area’s goals. You will support and coach our junior consultants in accounting and act as a reliable leader and role model. You will also be responsible for quality assurance and work closely with KAM to continuously develop and improve our client assignments and processes – so that we become even better at what we do!
Your tasks will include:
- Working operationally with cash flow analyses, consolidation, complex financial statements, and advising clients
- Structuring and coordinating ongoing client assignments to ensure effective and sustainable resource usage
- Maintaining close communication with clients and ensuring deliveries of the highest quality
- Monitoring project profitability in consultation with KAM and taking action to achieve set goals
- Planning and allocating resources to optimize the team’s capacity in collaboration with other project managers
- Coaching and supporting our junior consultants to promote their development
- Ensuring the quality of accounting work, including financial statements, annual reports, tax returns, and VAT
- Being responsible for both internal and external reporting
- Actively contributing to improving and streamlining our processes
Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 4 years of experience in accounting
- Has experience and/or aptitude for coaching, training, and leading colleagues
- Independently handles ongoing accounting, income tax returns, year-end financial statements, and annual reports
- Has a post-secondary education in finance
- Is fluent in Swedish and has very good knowledge of English
It is a plus if you:
- Have experience from an accounting or auditing firm
- Have experience with own client responsibility or project management in a similar role at a firm
- Have experience with the systems Xledger, Adra Balancer, Aaro, Fortnox
- Have experience with various regulations and/or group accounting
- Have experience from real estate operations
