In the role of Senior Accounting Consultant, you will be a central part of our property team and work with accounting services for clients in the real estate industry, focusing on year-end accounts, annual reports, and tax returns. Working with larger property groups also gives you the opportunity to truly influence and contribute to the results, making your role central to both the client and our continued growth.

Job responsibilities:

In the role of senior accounting consultant, you will work with the more complex parts of the accounting work for our clients. You will work with annual reports, year-end accounts, and tax returns. You will also play an important role in quality assuring the ongoing bookkeeping while supporting and coaching junior colleagues in their development. 

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Year-end accounts, annual reports, tax returns, and reporting 
• Advising clients and participating in the final delivery to the client together with the project manager 
• Quality assurance of the ongoing bookkeeping 
• Support and coach junior colleagues 
• Contribute to continuous improvements and efficiencies in the accounting processes 

Who are you? 

We are looking for someone with solid experience in accounting who thrives in a role with great responsibility. You are self-driven and have a structured working method, but value collaboration and contributing to a strong team where everyone's efforts count! 

• Have at least 5 years of experience in accounting
• Independently manage the entire accounting flow, including ongoing accounting, income tax returns, year-end accounts, and annual reports  
• Have a post-secondary education in economics
• Fluent in Swedish and have basic knowledge of English

It is advantageous if you:

• Have experience with the systems Xledger, Adra Balancer, Aaro, Fortnox
• Have experience from an accounting or auditing firm 
• Have experience with various regulations and/or consolidated financial statements
• Have experience from real estate operations
