Your role in customer support
You will represent Comviq, a modern, expanding, and exciting company in the telecommunications and technology industry. In this role, you will receive incoming calls and work on troubleshooting and problem-solving the issues customers experience with their mobile phones or broadband. Additionally, you will participate in the sales aspect of the business, where you will offer customers better solutions and products to enhance their customer experience through the wide range of products and services that Comviq offers. This is a long-term position, with attractive working hours and a fantastic team environment.
Since no previous experience is required, you have the opportunity to develop and shape your own role as a customer service representative. After a period as a customer service representative, you have the opportunity to reach other positions within the company, such as joining one of our fantastic sales or retention teams, becoming a trainer or team leader, or aiming for the stars and becoming a customer manager - it’s entirely in your hands!
Location: Borås
Employment level: Full-time, Daytime Mon-Fri
Start date: February 3rd
About you
Above all, we welcome you with skills in customer service, technical support, sales, and administration to apply for the position. Additionally, if you have experience in the hotel and restaurant industry or the fast-food industry, we are interested in receiving your application. If you have experience in similar work, are skilled in written communication, and have worked in sales before, we consider it an advantage.
- Besides this, we see that you have the following qualities:
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
- Driven, engaged, and goal-oriented
- Service-oriented, enjoy customer contact, and like to provide support
- Adaptable to new working methods and routines
- Solution-oriented, meticulous, and responsible
- Strong communication skills, outgoing, and can read the customer well
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced, stressful situations
- Previous experience in customer service or the fast-food industry
- Previous sales experience is advantageous
