Bunkeflogården is a residence for people with dementia diagnoses. At Bunkeflogården, there are 34 apartments and approximately 40 employees. The residence has two group leaders who are the immediate supervisors for about 20 employees, two nurses responsible for 17 patients each, rehabilitation staff, and a manager with overall responsibility.

Job Description

As a group leader, your primary task is to coach and work in nursing care together with your team. In the role of group leader, you have a present leadership style and support your team. You have personnel and planning responsibilities and will work together with another group leader with the support of the manager. You are part of the management team and report to the manager. Work shifts include days and weekends.

• Long-term temporary position for at least one year with the possibility of extension. The position is 100%.
• Start date according to agreement.

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or a nursing assistant with specialized training, preferably with several years of experience in elderly care. Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or planning is an advantage. You should have the ability to lead others and possess leadership qualities. You should appreciate clarity and create participation. You have the ability to create engagement and are good at motivating your colleagues. Most importantly, you are solution-oriented and see possibilities. You should not be afraid to try new paths and evaluate them.

You should be independent but enjoy developing and finding new solutions together with colleagues. You find it easy to give and receive feedback.

You enjoy providing good service, creating good relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our clients. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about elderly care and can see the individual's needs.
