About the assignment

Our client is looking for an accounting assistant for a temporary assignment, expected to start on July 7 and continue through August. The assignment includes support within financial management, including invoice handling, accounting, and other administrative tasks related to the municipality's finances.

Working hours: 08:00–17:00, but some flexibility can be given if needed.

Your tasks

In the role of accounting assistant, your tasks will include registering and managing supplier invoices in the financial system.

Furthermore, the tasks will include the following:

• Registration and management of customer payments in the financial system (accounts receivable).
• Registration and management of cash bookkeeping in the financial system, i.e., ongoing bookkeeping of bank transactions.

Your qualifications

• Relevant financial education, e.g., Accounting Assistant, YH education in finance.
• Approximately 1-2 years of experience in the role of accounting assistant.
• Basic experience working with financial systems (preferably Agresso/Unit4) or a willingness to quickly learn new systems.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• References and previous assignments in similar roles.
