About the position: Are you an accountant dreaming of working with accounting in an exciting international company with a team spirit and forward-thinking? Do you want a role with significant responsibility where you get to work with the entire accounting flow for one or more companies while also being involved in developing the financial processes? Then the role of company accountant with us at Logent could be the right challenge for you! Your new position: As a company accountant at Logent, you will be part of an accounting team of 6 people and be responsible for the entire flow of accounting work for several companies. In the department, we continuously work on the development and efficiency of our processes; you will have the opportunity to take responsibility and drive your own projects as well as be involved in updating accounting regulations, etc. Your work will also involve a lot of contact with the business in the various companies in different countries and with external suppliers. You will report directly to the group CFO. The position is located at our beautiful office in Hammarby Sjöstad. Your main tasks will include:

• Meeting group deadlines for each month-end closing for multiple companies
• Performing account reconciliations on a monthly basis in the group reporting tool Adra
• Declaring VAT for multiple companies and meeting deadlines to ensure payments are made
• Declaring taxes and social fees on due dates and ensuring payments are made
• Submitting periodic mandatory reporting on time for relevant companies
• Ensuring VAT codes are correctly set up in the accounting software
• Ensuring that internal invoicing is done efficiently to facilitate the reconciliation process
• Contributing to improvement/automation projects for accounting processes
• Being the primary contact person for the annual audit
• Being the primary contact person for local authorities (Tax Agency, Companies Registration Office...)
• Participating in budgeting and forecasting work
• Assisting in the creation of an accounting manual
• Knowledge of Unit4 is an advantage
• Swedish or Norwegian or Danish as well as English is a requirement

Your profile: We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree in economics, relevant experience from qualified accounting work is an advantage. Furthermore, we see that you have good knowledge of Excel as it is used for analysis work and reconciliation. We also prefer that you have good system skills and an interest in developing processes more efficiently. You like to take responsibility and are driven by challenges and by developing your own knowledge and experience in accounting. As a person, you are open, down-to-earth, and thrive in an environment where people help each other and take shared responsibility.
