About the position Do you love service and are looking for a fun part-time job? We are looking for a flexible star to join our team at Skärholmen Centrum!

In the role of Receptionist at E-Way, the well-visited service center in Skärholmen Centrum, you will be the face of the company and create positive experiences for visitors, customers, and employees.

With a professional and warm approach, you ensure that every visit is as smooth and pleasant as possible. In this role, you will work both administratively and physically to deliver high-level service!

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Handling mail and package deliveries
• Being able to work efficiently and logistically
• Welcoming and guiding visitors

Who are you? We know that you are a true service star who is passionate about personal interactions and loves working with people. You work proactively and solution-oriented, always staying one step ahead. You are flexible and unpretentious and can work both independently and in a team. We would like you to be energetic, driven, ambitious, and enjoy working physically. You have previous experience in service and are familiar with the Office suite. You speak fluent Swedish and English. It is also an advantage if you have experience with mail and package handling.

Employment Employment type: Hourly employment

Employment rate: As needed, you may be called in at short notice on the same day as well as during planned absences, you can also apply for available shifts and input your availability in our scheduling app. During the summer period, there will be a fixed weekend schedule.

Start: Immediately

Working hours: Varying, you can work both weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
