About the Position
We offer a permanent position at 75% with the possibility of more hours as needed. Working hours are varied – day, evening, and weekend. You will be an important part of our Front of House team and work in an environment where quality, warmth, and professionalism are at the center.
Your Responsibilities:Check-in and check-out of guests
Guest service via phone, email, and at the reception
Bookings, invoicing, and handling of cash register systems
Collaboration with other departments in the hotel
Ensure that each guest receives a first-class experience
Has previous experience in hotel reception or similar service role
Is stress-resistant, meticulous, and solution-oriented
Is genuinely service-oriented with a positive and warm attitude
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Has good computer skills (experience with Opera or other booking systems is a plus)
