Elite Hotel Frost is looking for a receptionist – 50% position

Welcome to Elite Hotel Frost – a hotel where the midnight sun, modern elegance, and northern warmth meet. We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented receptionist who wants to help create memorable experiences for our guests.

We offer a permanent part-time position of 50% with varying working hours – days, evenings, and weekends. This position is suitable for you who want a flexible everyday life but also want to be an important part of our team in the heart of Kiruna.

As a receptionist, you are our face to the outside world. You greet guests with warmth and professionalism, handle check-ins and check-outs, bookings, and guest services, and collaborate closely with colleagues throughout the hotel – from conference and restaurant to housekeeping.

• Has previous experience in reception or service work

• Thrives in a role with many points of contact and varied tasks

• Is solution-focused, meticulous, and has a positive attitude

• Communicates well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Has good computer skills (knowledge of Opera or similar systems is an advantage)

• A part-time position at a newly opened hotel in a spectacular environment
