We are looking for a waitress at 100% for Elite Hotel Frost in Kiruna

Elite Hotel Frost is a new star in the north – a design hotel in the heart of Kiruna that combines the grandeur of the Arctic landscape with warm service, good food, and a unique guest experience. Here you will find restaurant Fe, our gastropub The Bishops Arms, a spectacular rooftop bar, and our exclusive Vana Spa.

We are now looking for you who want to help create magical encounters with our guests – as a waitress at 100% with us.

As a waitress with us, you are a key person in the meeting with the guest – you deliver service with warmth, personality, and professionalism. You will primarily work in our restaurant At Frost, but may also have the opportunity to work in our other units as needed.

Your tasks include:

• Serving food and drinks

• Guest reception and advice on the menu and drinks

• Cash handling and orders

• Preparation and closing of service

• Close collaboration with chefs, bartenders, and other colleagues in the team

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in the restaurant or waiter profession

• Is passionate about service and enjoys creating memorable experiences

• Has an eye for detail and works well in both high-paced and calmer moments

• Is a team player with a positive and unpretentious attitude

• Speaks Swedish and English fluently – additional languages are a plus

• A permanent position at 100%, with a six-month probationary period
