We are looking for an engaged Head Waiter for The Bishops Arms in Kiruna – full-time 100%

Now you have the chance to be part of something entirely new – we are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Head Waiter for our gastropub The Bishops Arms Kiruna, located in the newly opened Elite Hotel Frost. Together with a strong team, you will help shape our unique meeting place in northern Sweden's most exciting hotel and restaurant venture.

As Head Waiter at The Bishops Arms Kiruna, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that guests receive a warm welcome and top-notch service. You will lead the work on the floor, coach and support the staff, and have an eye for detail – from guest interaction to atmosphere.

You report to the restaurant manager and are a key person in our front of house team. The role involves both operational work and responsibility for maintaining routines, quality, and comfort in our popular gastropub.

• Has experience working in a leading service role within a restaurant

• Is confident in leading others and creating team spirit

• Has a passion for good food, drinks, and excellent service

• Is structured, responsible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Speaks Swedish and English fluently

• Has cash handling experience and basic computer skills

• A full-time position at 100% with a start date according to agreement
