We are looking for a Head Waiter at Restaurant Fe in Elite Hotel Kiruna

Position: Full-time, 100% | Location: Kiruna | Start date: By agreement

Welcome to Restaurant Fe, a place where flavors, aromas, and experiences meet in an atmospheric and northern-inspired environment. We are located in the heart of the new Elite Hotel Kiruna – a destination that combines first-class comfort with northern hospitality. We are now looking for a driven, present, and passionate Head Waiter who wants to help shape the guest experience at one of our most exciting restaurant ventures.

As a Head Waiter at Restaurant Fe, you are a key person in our restaurant operations. You are the face of the restaurant for both guests and colleagues, ensuring that every meal is a memorable experience. You lead the daily operations in the dining room, support and coach your team, and work closely with the restaurant manager and head chef to ensure the highest quality in service, reception, and pace.

• Ensure that all guests feel seen, welcomed, and well taken care of

• Be responsible for maintaining a high level of service and ensuring that the team works efficiently and joyfully

• Scheduling, onboarding, and training new employees

• Be a present leader during service – you work operationally every day

• Collaborate with the restaurant manager and kitchen to develop menus, beverage offerings, and service flow

• Be a cultural bearer of Elite Hotels' values: tradition, quality, and care

• Has previous experience as a Head Waiter, or at least several years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a leading role

• Has a strong interest in food, beverages, and hospitality

• Is confident in leading others, creating a good atmosphere in the team, and being a role model

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solution-oriented mindset

• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Is unpretentious and passionate about creating world-class guest experiences
