About the role
As a fee and rent administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of rents and fees, registration of transfers, local contracts, and rental of garages and parking spaces for our clients who are private property owners and housing associations. You will primarily be in contact with property owners, housing association boards, as well as residents, brokers, and banks.
You will be part of a team of 20 people who work together to answer customer inquiries over the phone, through a case management system, and in the digital customer portal. The team collaborates closely with our customer service, economists, and property managers, as well as other colleagues in the organization who work in areas such as technology and law. To take on the role, we see that you have:
- Post-secondary education in economics or experience from working in a similar role
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Good experience working with business systems and case management systems
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
It is an advantage if you have worked in Unit4/PM as well as having good knowledge of Excel. Some legal understanding (housing and rental laws) is a plus but not a requirement.
