About the company
Asta Agency is looking for an accounting administrator on behalf of a client, with an immediate start. This is a consultancy assignment for six months. You will be employed by Asta Agency and work as a consultant for the company. You will receive more information about the company during the first interview. 

About the position
In the role of accounting administrator, you will work in a broad and varied role within finance, order management, and administration. You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, including order placement, invoicing to customers, sending payment reminders and interest invoices, processing payment files, as well as maintaining master data and payments related to accounts receivable. You will handle the entire invoicing process and continuously work with order placement and inventory control. Accounting and year-end tasks related to accounts receivable are also included in your responsibilities, as well as inventory management.

You will support the business in working with sales orders and invoicing, as well as assist with various financial and purchasing administrative tasks.

Qualifications and characteristics

• Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent work experience
• Experience working with accounts receivable, orders, invoicing, and follow-up in a larger ERP system
• Proficient and efficient user of financial and business systems; experience with Fortnox is a plus
• Experience from warehouse or product companies is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
