About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment and for permanent recruitment to Telia in the long term.
The assignment period will be a mutual trial period where you as a consultant have the same security as an employee. For those new to the job market, consulting assignments are a great way to test different roles, make connections, and build a competitive CV.

Job Responsibilities
In the role of a salesperson, you will handle incoming calls and inquiries from Telia's private customers via phone. At the beginning of your employment, you will manage service calls from private customers to develop your knowledge of Telia's products and services. Once you are familiar with this, the goal is for you to take incoming order calls regarding questions related to an order or delivery of a product. Your main task is to listen to the customer's needs and provide the best possible service. Additionally, sales are a natural part of every call where you are expected to inform about Telia's service offerings and offer customers additional services.
At the start, you will receive a comprehensive introduction with both theoretical and practical training, providing you with all the tools you need to feel secure in your role as a salesperson. Throughout the assignment, you will have close communication with your immediate manager, which gives you continuous support and opportunities to develop in both service and sales.
You will work towards set goals and have the opportunity to influence your salary through a bonus system. The commission is something we expect to grow month by month, and you have excellent opportunities to reach 10,000 SEK per month.
• Answer incoming calls from customers
• Find solutions to customer questions and problems
• Identify sales opportunities by conducting needs analyses and reviewing service offerings
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• Completed high school education
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Previous work experience, preferably in customer service and/or sales, is an advantage

Other Information
Start: September 8 Location: Gothenburg Salary: Fixed salary + commission
As part of the recruitment process, a credit check will be conducted, and a criminal record extract will be requested.
The position will be advertised during the summer, where Bravura will conduct phone screenings and interviews on an ongoing basis. Telia will start meeting candidates from week 32 for physical tours at the office in Gårda.
