A technical, varied customer service role where you will work with an exciting and sustainable product and challenging cases.
Does that sound exciting? We think so! Does it sound difficult? Yes, quite – there is much to learn in this role, but we do not require any technical prior knowledge, we will train you here!
This is a long-term role, where in the short term you will learn a lot regarding the varied service cases, and in the long term, there are development opportunities towards, for example, 2nd line support.
In this role, you will also upsell to customers who contact you – which adds even more variety and the potential for additional income beyond the security of your base salary!
About the team and the role
You will be part of the team that handles all incoming customer inquiries. The focus of the team is to provide customers with the best customer experience and deliver effective responses with a high level of service.
Your team works closely with 2nd line/claims – which is a team that handles complex technical issues as well as claims. In the long run, there is an opportunity to develop into working in these teams.

As a customer service representative, you will:
Focus primarily on answering incoming inquiries via phone, email, and other digital channels. You will be talking a lot on the phone and communicating with customers in writing.
Offer and sell electricity and service agreements to customers who contact you. You will not be making cold calls, but rather offering agreements to customers you are in contact with regarding service inquiries. This is a great opportunity to increase your salary as this sales role is commission-based!
Be the voice of Svea Solar towards our customers – your help and support will have a significant impact on how Svea Solar is perceived.
The fun part of the role is that the customer inquiries are technical and complex in nature (don’t worry though, we will teach you everything!) It is also a fun mix of service and sales.

In addition, you need good knowledge of Swedish and English, be a proficient computer user, enjoy learning, and be good at expressing yourself in writing.
It is a merit but not a requirement if you have previously worked in service, sales, or technical support.

Working hours: Office hours Mon-Fri.
Employment: Permanent position starting with a 6-month probation period.
Workplace: Alvik Strand. We work full-time in the office to ensure good collaboration within the team.
