We are now looking for a Financial Operations Associate for a finance company in Stockholm. As part of a Backoffice team, you will be a vital cog in the management of financial instruments, ensuring that business flows, reporting, and reconciliations are carried out correctly and on time. 

Scope: Full-time Start: September 1, 2025 Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension) Location: Stockholm Employment type: Consulting assignment via Delta Consulting

Your mission:

• Manage settlements and confirmations of, among other things, interest rate swaps, FX swaps, and interest-bearing securities
• Administer collateral according to CSA/ISDA
• Be responsible for parts of the issuance and transaction reporting
• Perform ongoing bookkeeping and account reconciliations
• Work closely with front office, controllers, and external counterparties

We are looking for someone who:

• Has work experience from banking or financial administration
• Has a post-secondary education in economics or finance
• Is structured, meticulous, and efficient
• Has good communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Has an eye for numbers and is comfortable working under pressure
• Has worked in systems related to post-trade processing, treasury management, or capital market infrastructure – for example, for settlement, confirmation management, collateral, or issuance administration.
