We are looking for an engaged and qualified rental negotiator for a part-time consulting assignment. The assignment includes a varied housing stock comprising approximately 150 condominiums without negotiation clauses, as well as about 440 rental apartments owned by other companies – these are regulated by negotiation rules with the Tenants' Association. The assignment also includes special housing forms such as group homes and elderly care facilities. You will collaborate with operational staff, property managers, property strategists, and rental administrators. 

Your main tasks:

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing rents.

• Assess utility value levels to ensure correct and fair rent setting.

• Prepare documentation for and participate in rent changes and communications regarding these.

• Manage rental negotiations with both individual tenants and the Tenants' Association as needed.

The assignment requires both legal sharpness and a good ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has very good knowledge of rental law. 

• Has documented experience in negotiations with the Tenants' Association.

• It is advantageous if you are or have been a member of a rental board, a court-like authority that adjudicates disputes in the rental and condominium area.

Practical information

• Location: The assignment will be carried out on-site in Stockholm, with some parts possibly done remotely.

• Start: August 2025 - end of July 2026, with an option for one year. 

• Extent: Part-time/flexible extent – estimated 1–2 days per week during the period.
