About the role As an Associate, you play a key role in creating customer value. The role is varied and spans everything from data collection and financial analysis to regulatory checks and preparation of transaction documentation.
Examples of tasks:
- Build financial plans and cash flow analyses
- Prepare customer meetings with materials, analyses, and reports
- Collect and structure customer information from multiple systems
- Prepare comparison reports and second opinions
- Coordinate and follow up on transactions, request and evaluate quotes

About you We are looking for someone who is independent and flexible, and who is driven to create real value for the customer. You have strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a desire to develop. By working efficiently and systematically, you can meet both tight and recurring deadlines. You are a team player who values good collaboration and growing together with the team.
To succeed in the role, we hope you are detail-oriented and solution-focused, as well as accustomed to taking significant responsibility in your work. As a person, you have a good balance between humility and determination.
You have an academic degree and at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, and you communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You have excellent skills in the Office suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience from, for example, banking, private equity, or similar is a plus but not a requirement – we place great importance on your personality and your willingness to develop within the industry.
