About the role

As a Finance Specialist, you will be a central part of our support office and work closely with our CFO. You will play a crucial role in developing and future-proofing our financial processes – both at a strategic and operational level.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize the company's financial processes – including quality assurance, automation, robotics (RPA), and AI applications in areas such as accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• System optimization – develop how the finance function uses its systems to leverage the full power of both systems and decision support.
• Project manage improvement and change initiatives within finance and other parts of the organization, such as system changes and transformation initiatives.
• Drive analysis and ad hoc follow-up – support the business and support functions with data-driven insights and financial decision support.
• Collaborate with Group Finance and other countries in both reporting and best practice identification and implementation.
• Act as the CFO's right hand – assist with decision-making materials, analyses, and strategic priorities.

We expect you to have:

• A degree in finance, engineering, or computer science.
• Several years of experience in finance, preferably with a focus on process development, systems, or project management.
• Experience working with or implementing tools for RPA, BI, or AI is an advantage.
• The ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with different parts of the organization.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset – you enjoy thinking outside the box and improving processes.
