Are you a structured and solution-oriented administrator with a strong interest in finance? Do you want to help ensure that complex financial flows are managed with precision and quality? Then this is the right role for you!

Your responsibilities:

• Settlement and confirmation management of interest rate swaps, FX swaps, and interest-bearing securities.

• Collateral management (CSA under ISDA).

• Issuance administration and transaction reporting.

• Accounting and account reconciliations.

What we are looking for in you:

We believe that you have the experience and qualities that make you comfortable in a fast-paced, accurate, and changing work environment:

• Previous work experience from a bank, preferably in administrative back-office work.

• A degree in finance or economics.

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• An eye for detail and a knack for numbers.

• A humble team player who is structured, stress-resistant, and quick to learn.

• Knowledge of the following systems is a plus: WallStreetSuite, VPC, MarkitWire/MTM, Swift, TriResolve/Margin.

Practical information:

• Start: September 1, 2025

• End: February 28, 2026

• Location: Central Stockholm, with office work.
