Engaged Customer Service Representative for Västtrafik's Corporate Customer Service (temporary position)

Do you want to help make sustainable travel the norm? We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented employee for our corporate customer service in Gothenburg!

About the position

As a customer service representative for businesses, you are an important link between Västtrafik and our corporate customers. You handle incoming inquiries via both email and phone, and work efficiently to provide quick, clear, and professional service. You smoothly switch between different tasks and systems, always keeping the customer's needs in focus.

The role also includes administrative tasks such as:

Issuing and managing Västtrafik cards

Handling credits and invoicing

Receiving and processing returns

You work in several parallel systems, which requires good technical skills and a structured approach. You will be part of Västtrafik's customer service department, which consists of about 20 employees, three of whom specifically work with corporate customers.

· Scope: Full-time, 100%

· Location: Gullbergsstrandgata, Gothenburg

The position may be classified in a security class.

We believe you have:

Experience in customer service, preferably within B2B.

Good computer skills and confidence in working in several parallel systems.

Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The ability to handle both simpler and more complex customer inquiries.
