JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a licensed nurse looking for flexible work within municipal health and medical care? We are now seeking you who want to work as a substitute together with us in the city area of Centrum. As a substitute, you will be scheduled for work based on the needs of the organization and your own availability. We are looking for someone who wants to work with our patients in their home environment, contributing to their freedom and influence over daily life in their own home. We are responsible for patients in regular housing, in care and nursing homes, or short-term units, and we have a competent team for palliative care. We operate from shared premises for health and medical care at Skånegatan 9A.

Your responsibilities include assessing, planning, and structuring work with patients based on a person-centered approach. You will independently assess and perform medical treatment and nursing interventions but will always have colleagues to consult. You will follow up and document according to applicable legislation and our quality registers. Work hours may include days, evenings, and/or weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Previous experience in nursing is a plus, but we also welcome newly graduated nurses. Since we work in a large geographical area, a B driver's license is required.

As the work of a nurse is independent, you need to be confident in your profession and able to make your own decisions. You also have the ability to work with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. You understand the common mission, act accordingly, and contribute to the whole. You take responsibility for your tasks and the common tasks with the patients' best interests in focus. You provide a good response and show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role.
