About the position

Wrknest is seeking a junior consultant for a position as an administrator within Clearing for a large bank in Stockholm. The assignment lasts for six months with a chance for over-recruitment, meaning they are looking for someone who sees the role as a long-term opportunity and wishes to grow within the bank. As part of the Clearing group, you will play a central role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the correct handling of financial transactions.

Your future responsibilities

You will work with administrative processes and be responsible for ensuring that transactions and reconciliations are carried out according to the bank's standards. The role is a perfect first step for those curious about the finance industry and who enjoy structured work. Your main tasks include:

• Administrative handling of financial transactions, including confirmation and settlement.
• Reconciliation of accounts and control of clearing processes.
• Maintenance and documentation related to transactions and clearing.
• Collaboration with other departments to streamline routines and processes.

• Have an interest in finance and good administrative skills.
• Be able to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both in writing and verbally.
• Be structured, responsible, and have an eye for detail.
