About the role

As a Financial Controller, you will be a key person in the company's finance team. You will work closely with budget managers and management teams across several business areas, contributing with in-depth analyses, budgeting, and cost control. The role combines both strategic and operational responsibilities and offers great opportunities for growth, for example, within business controlling.

You will report to the Head of Financial Reporting and Accounting and become an important part of driving the data-driven approach forward.

Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and financial forecasting
• Monitoring key figures and analyzing deviations
• Developing financial dashboards and reporting tools (BI)
• Being a proactive business support in financial decisions
• Contributing to efficient processes for financial reporting and data quality

We are looking for someone who:

• At least 2 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role
• Good knowledge in financial analysis, accounting, and KPI monitoring
• Excellent skills in Excel and experience with modern BI tools
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience from SaaS or subscription-based business models is a plus
