About the Position Do you love service and are looking for a fun part-time job? We are looking for a flexible star to join our team! In this position, there is an opportunity to work in all our different areas in Gothenburg: office reception, information desk in shopping centers, conferences, café, and events. Your tasks include, among others:

• Welcoming employees and customers
• Phone and email
• Contact with suppliers
• Administrative work in systems
• Mail and invoice handling as well as deliveries
• Bookings and orders
• Acting as a mood manager and taking care of both visitors and employees
• Responsible for conference rooms and rounds in the office
• Working at various events

Who are you? We know that you are a true service star who is passionate about personal interactions and loves working with people. You work proactively and solution-oriented and are always one step ahead. You are flexible and unpretentious and can work both independently and in a team. We prefer that you are energetic, driven, ambitious, and enjoy coming up with new ideas. You have previous experience in service and have worked with the Office suite, as well as being fluent in Swedish and English.

Employment Employment type: On-demand employment with the opportunity to work a lot Employment rate: As needed, you may be called in at short notice on the same day and during planned absences. You can also apply for available shifts and input your availability in our scheduling app. Start: Immediately Working hours: Varying, you can work both weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
