Sparbanken Tranemo is growing, and we are looking for someone who wants to strengthen the team at our newly opened office in Gnosjö. As a Private Advisor, you will be an important part of our continued establishment in the area and have the opportunity to work in a bank with a strong local presence, high accessibility, and genuine commitment.

About Sparbanken Tranemo Sparbanken Tranemo is a local and independent full-service bank for individuals and businesses, established in 1904, and has since been a strong and engaged player in the community. Today, the bank has approximately 12,000 customers, a business volume of 12.5 billion SEK, and a workforce of 35 employees.

The head office is located in Tranemo, where we are market leaders. In 2025, we have established a new office in Gnosjö, focusing on growth in the Gnosjö region. As a savings bank, we have no external owners; instead, we work for the community and our customers' best interests with a focus on long-term stability.

About the role

You will meet our private customers in various life situations, both in face-to-face meetings and through digital tools. You will help them make secure decisions regarding savings, loans, insurance, and family law. You will work independently but in close collaboration with colleagues in both the private and corporate sectors. In Gnosjö, you will be part of a smaller team with a strong team spirit, where you will build customer relationships and develop the bank's presence in the region together. We are looking for someone who wants to work long-term with customers, advice, and holistic solutions in a values-driven organization.

We are looking for someone who

Has an education in economics or equivalent work experience from banking, finance, or insurance. You are confident in advisory customer meetings and enjoy creating long-term relationships. At the same time, you have a structured approach, are meticulous, and thrive on taking responsibility. The role also requires you to be flexible and able to adapt to different customer needs, changes in work pace, and varying ways of meeting customers, both physically and digitally. You are solution-oriented, engaged, and have a natural ability to build trust in customer dialogue. If you already have a Swedsec advisor license and mortgage license, that is a significant plus; otherwise, the bank offers training for you to obtain these. We also believe that you are passionate about local presence, good service, and always putting the customer at the center.
