About the assignment and the person we are looking for

We are now looking for a secure and communicative accountant who enjoys driving change for a 100% consulting assignment starting at the end of August. In this assignment, you will be a consultant for 6 months and then be directly employed by our client.

You will report to the CFO and support the organization broadly in all accounting matters. You will work closely with the CFO and be a natural sounding board.

The assignment is perfect for you who have had similar roles before and enjoy the breadth of accounting while seeking an operational, business-oriented, and consultative role.  Examples of tasks

• Ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and year-end closing
• Ensure that the accounting is correct and complies with applicable regulations
• Accruals, reconciliations, and provisions
• Documentation of year-end materials
• Participate in group reporting
• Apply and interpret relevant IFRS standards
• Reporting to authorities
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Manage VAT and tax declarations

We would like you to have

• Had a similar role 2-3 times or more
• Good knowledge of accounting principles (K3 and IFRS)
• Very good skills in Excel
• A strong interest in driving change
• Ease with systems and have previously worked in various ERP systems
• A knack for quality and a clear attention to detail in your work
• Ease in building relationships
