About the position On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a self-driven accountant who wants to be part of an entrepreneurial company with a fast pace and a strong business focus. Here, you will work broadly with both ongoing financial tasks and the development of processes and systems. The role is suitable for you who thrive in a dynamic environment where you take a lot of personal responsibility and are involved in driving development forward. 

Your future tasks You will work independently with part of the company's finances and take ownership of processes and routines. You are also expected to make your own decisions and contribute to the development of the business.

• Responsible for ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• Analyze results and follow up on financial key figures
• Work on improvements and efficiencies of financial systems
• Collaborate with external parties such as auditors and accounting firms
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting
• Participate in development projects related to finance and systems

We are looking for someone who Has at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, for example from an accounting firm or a broad finance position in smaller companies. You have a good understanding of financial relationships and are used to making your own decisions. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is also an advantage if you have an understanding of Danish, experience with Visma Business, an interest in systems, or insight into controlling.

As a person, you are secure and self-driven with the ability to lead your own work. You are flexible, unpretentious, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks. You dare to take initiative, see solutions where others see problems, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
