ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sustainability Controller, you will play a key role in supporting, driving, and developing the company's sustainability reporting and analytical sustainability work. You will report to our sustainability manager. In this role, you will lead the company's work with CSRD and coordinate efforts with various internal departments such as sustainability, finance, and other parts of the business – with a particular focus on ensuring data collection quality, monitoring, and compliance with the new requirements according to CSRD and ESRS.

Your main responsibilities: 

• Develop and coordinate processes for sustainability reporting (CSRD/ESRS)
• Further develop structures for the collection, validation, and analysis of sustainability data
• Provide key figures, analytical support, and decision-making assistance to management and functions
• Act as a project manager or support in sustainability-related initiatives and collaborations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., auditors, consultants, system providers)
• Ensure that sustainability information is integrated into the company's other reporting
• Participate in networks and forums related to CSRD and sustainability reporting.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone with a sharp analytical eye, who is comfortable handling complex data and has a strong drive to create real change. You are structured, proactive, and thrive in the intersection of finance, strategy, and sustainability.

You have the ability to take responsibility for your own deliveries, but also collaborate naturally with others. You enjoy transforming regulations and goals into practically implementable processes – and have a strong interest in sustainability issues in a business context.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in finance, sustainability, analysis, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in controlling, project management, or sustainability reporting
• Experience working with data analysis, KPIs, and monitoring in business systems
• Good knowledge of sustainability issues, particularly CSRD/ESRS is highly meritorious
• Experience interpreting and implementing regulations in organizations and processes
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
