Your profile – Parts Manager with structure, quality, and service in focus in Örebro
- You have experience in warehouse work, logistics, or parts administration, preferably within the automotive or workshop industry.
- Good understanding of vehicles and parts is an advantage.
- You are meticulous, structured, and have the ability to plan and prioritize tasks independently.
- A valid driver's license (B) is required.
- You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written; English is an advantage.
- You enjoy varied tasks and like to work both administratively and practically.
- Experience working with various administrative and digital systems is considered a significant advantage.
- You are service-oriented, cooperative, and contribute to a positive and solution-oriented work climate.
Job responsibilities – Quality-assured inventory and parts management at Werksta Örebro
- Responsible for ordering, receiving, inspecting, and handling parts and accessories for the workshop's vehicles.
- Administer and ensure that the right parts are in place at the right time, as well as handle returns and complaints.
- Continuously inventory and optimize the stock for high availability and quality.
- Collaborate with customer reception, bodyworkers, mechanics, and suppliers for a smooth workflow.
- Contribute to digital documentation of inventory status and workflows in our systems.
- Work on continuous improvements regarding inventory management and sustainability solutions.
- Participate in internal training and actively contribute to the development of processes and routines.
