We are looking for an experienced Business Controller who wants to take the next step in their career and work as a strategic business partner to management in a complex and dynamic organization.

As a Business Controller, you will play a central role in ensuring financial governance, driving business improvements, and creating value through analysis, insight, and partnership.

Your main responsibilities:

- Be a support and sounding board for management and business areas to ensure strong financial performance.

- Drive and support the business in matters related to risk management, profitability, and investments.

- Develop and implement governance principles and guidelines related to forecasts, key performance indicators, cost calculations, and working capital.

- Monitor financial and operational performance and propose and drive actions.

- Perform ad hoc analyses that support strategic and tactical decisions.

- Participate in financial follow-up meetings with various stakeholders.

- Compile and present reports to management and the board, including recommendations and early warning signals.

We are looking for someone who has:

- At least 8 years of experience in qualified work within business controlling and analysis.

- A good understanding of financial governance in larger organizations, preferably internationally.

- The ability to lead projects and processes independently and coach others.

- Strong analytical skills and experience in handling complex issues.

- Experience working closely with management and making business-critical decisions based on data and insights.

About the role:

The position is at a senior level and includes responsibility for a functional or geographical area. You will work closely with various parts of the organization and contribute to both operational and strategic decision-making.
