We are currently looking for a customer service representative on behalf of our client, an energy company in Lund. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on 2025-03-01 and continue until 2025-10-01.

About the assignment
The assignment involves answering phone calls, emails, and chat messages. You will also handle lighter administrative tasks such as registering lists. The customer service representative should be able to provide excellent service to our client's customers via phone, chat, and email, stay updated on their offerings (products and services), possess good system knowledge (easily understand how systems should be used), be able to articulate in writing, and have a high degree of collaboration skills. Stress-resistant and adaptable individuals are required in customer service within the energy sector, and some experience in sales is also now required.

Their core values are courage, responsibility, and commitment, which guide our work. It is also important in the assignment to contribute to the development of their customer service function. The industry is changing, and they are a fun group.

About you
We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or any form of customer interaction with consumers.

It is an advantage if you also meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience in the energy sector or other technical support experience that required complex conversations
  • Ability to handle complicated customer calls, such as customers who have difficulty paying or similar concerns.
