At Norlandia Preschools, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a preschool teacher at our preschool Norlandia Upptäckten in Uppsala. We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. You find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive to adapt to children's needs.

Qualifications:

• You have education as a preschool teacher.
• You have previous experience working in a preschool.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written.
• You have good knowledge of the curriculum content and feel that you can contribute to organizational development together with colleagues in a collegial learning environment.
• You have good knowledge of Office365.

Upptäckten is located in the Salabacke district of Uppsala. The preschool has space for 75 children divided into age-segregated departments.

At Norlandia preschools, we offer you professional development every term based on the preschool's prioritized goals and initiatives. You will be part of our unique concepts, professional development days at the preschool, central initiatives, and offerings in our digital learning platform.

Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period

Extent: 100%

Working hours: Between 6:15 AM - 6:00 PM

Start date: March 3rd

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance.
