RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibility is to ensure that customer service, order reception, and sales to our customers are handled with the high level of service and good business acumen required. You will handle customer service via phone and email to both existing and new customers. You will also support the field sales team with inquiries and quotes. The position also involves providing technical support and advice to customers. The role as an advisor on the application areas of our products is important; a professional approach in your interactions with our customers and your technical curiosity and willingness to help will determine how well you succeed in your role.
Borås is a smaller district, which means that the position includes in-store service as well as other tasks related to the district. We provide ongoing internal training in our product and service areas, and you will have a knowledgeable team to support you.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in the industry is an advantage but not a requirement. You will receive training in the product and service areas we operate in, as well as necessary training in our business systems. We expect you to speak and write Swedish fluently.
You are open and straightforward with a genuine interest in business development and in creating and developing long-term customer relationships through a value-based approach. You have a good ability to achieve results through effective planning, execution, and follow-up. You do not need to be an expert in all technical areas from the start, and if you are the right person, we would like to see you as a long-term member of our team.
