About the position HVB Dalilagården is a family-oriented treatment unit located about 25 km east of Uppsala.
The unit caters to young people aged 15–19 with self-destructive behaviors in various forms and emotional regulation issues. We work systematically based on the social services' assignment with individual treatment where each client has their own implementation plan based on their needs. We work in teams where contact persons/treatment providers, psychologists, nurses, and doctors collaborate to provide the best care for the client based on their circumstances and situation.
Dalilagården is HBTQI-certified and accepts youth regardless of gender identity or expression, as well as transgender youth.
As a treatment educator with us at Dalilagården, you will primarily work with: - Treatment interventions - Documentation - External contacts with social services and other authorities - Daily tasks are also included in the role.
Who are you? We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in this role, we hope you find it easy to build relationships and have good collaboration skills.
We are looking for someone who is a qualified social worker, behavioral scientist, or has at least a two-year post-secondary education such as treatment educator/social educator.
It is also advantageous if you: - have experience working in treatment for children and youth as well as psychiatry - have experience with CBT, MI, and/or other evidence-based methods - have experience with documentation and medication management.
Working hours and schedule: 100%, 4-week rotating schedule with varying days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Salary: As agreed, and other compensations are according to collective agreements.
Start date: As agreed.
Other: - A manual B driver's license is required for the position. - A background check from the Police Authority's criminal record and suspicion register for staff at HVB is always required before employment. - The application deadline is 9/2, do not wait with your application as we will handle applications on an ongoing basis.
