We are now looking for a resident physician (ST-läkare) who wants to become part of our team of dedicated employees.

The Klippan Health Center has 8,000 registered patients and a complete medical commitment according to the Health Choice system, including BVC/family center. Here, there is a stable base of specialists in general medicine, resident physicians, and interns. There are also well-developed nurse-led specialty clinics for chronic diagnoses, medical secretaries, and nursing assistants. Furthermore, the health center has a broad rehabilitation competence with physiotherapists and occupational therapists, as well as a psychosocial team consisting of a social worker and psychologist, all present on site.

We have a close and good collaboration with the municipal primary care related to home care and special housing. In our workplace, we utilize our collective competence and share knowledge with each other to strengthen the team spirit. Once a week, we hold a structured physician meeting where we are happy to invite external speakers, such as Strama, Pharmaceutical Skåne, pharmacists, and chief physicians, to keep us updated.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a resident physician, you will have an exciting and challenging job, with a broad education within the specialty. Your training will be tailored in consultation with your supervisor to make it as optimal, challenging, and interesting as possible. As a physician at the health center, you will work with scheduled and urgent visits and collaborate with the municipality.

Our experienced general practitioners at the health center are always available for guidance and support in daily work. We offer you a stimulating, pleasant, and positive workplace with great flexibility in your daily life.

Continuing education and collegial collaboration are prioritized areas to enable a stimulating and attractive work environment. Every other week, all employees have the opportunity for personal development time. The health center has been working for some time with team rounds in daily work, focusing on continuity, collaboration, and person-centered care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you as a licensed physician with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale are required.

Furthermore, you have good communication skills and appreciate collaboration, as well as having a genuine interest in general medicine. For you, the patient is at the center of your contemporary pursuit of good dialogue and understanding. We see that you share your knowledge and have a commitment to your work.
