About the positionVilla Nora is a residential care home for girls aged 10-14 who have been in unsuitable environments, committed minor offenses, experimented with drugs, and exhibit outwardly aggressive behavior. The residence is located about 5 km outside Uppsala, in a rural area close to nature.

We will primarily work based on learning psychological principles and evidence-based methods with a focus on CBT. With the help of clarifying pedagogy, we will create structure and safety, helping clients understand their everyday lives and take responsibility for their development.

As a night treatment educator with us at Novagården, you will mainly work with:- Safety-creating activities, such as supervision and care- HSL interventions- Documentation- The position also includes everyday tasks

Who are you?We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in this role, we hope you find it easy to build relationships and have good collaboration skills.

We primarily seek someone who is a treatment educator/social educator and has experience working in residential care. We also welcome interest from those with other qualifications such as social workers, behavioral scientists, or other documented experience.

It is also advantageous if you:- have experience working in treatment for children and youth within the target group- have experience in CBT or other evidence-based methods- have experience in documentation work and medication management

Other-A driver's license (B) is required- We place great importance on personal suitability- You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills.

A background check from the Police Authority's criminal and suspicion register for staff at residential care is always required before employment. See here to order a background check.

About the employmentWorking hours and employment rate: 89%, awake night.

Salary: To be agreed upon, and other compensations will be according to collective agreements.
