Responsibilities

In the role of IT onsite support, you will be responsible for enabling an efficient and stable IT environment at the workplace. You will support and improve the end-users' daily experience by:

• Resolving technical issues that require physical presence
• Installing and delivering IT hardware and updating hardware registers
• Managing VIP cases and documenting solutions
• Maintaining conference rooms and printers
• Assisting colleagues during operational disturbances or security incidents

You are part of an engaged team working to provide high service and functionality at the office in Linköping.

Your Profile and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in technology and a desire to support and facilitate for others. We prefer that you are proactive, business-minded, and used to working independently while also being a team player. Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are crucial for the role.

You have:

• Experience working with IT support in a large organization.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Driving license B (requirement).
• At least 8 years of experience in the relevant field (very deep/high competence or generalist competence)

Experience Requirements

• Systematic troubleshooting in complex IT environments
• Experience working with knowledge databases and documentation
• Support for IT-related hardware and software

Desirable

• Experience from working in security-classified environments.
