About the Position

As a Store Associate at Biltema, you play a crucial role in the customers' experience in the store. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that customers receive the best possible service. Your workday consists of various tasks, including restocking shelves, working at the cash register, and assisting in customer service.

About You

The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a natural service-oriented person and has the customer in focus. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you enjoy taking initiative, seeing what needs to be done, and maintaining order around you. Personal suitability will be highly valued, as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.

Experience in retail, particularly in customer service, cash handling, and complaint management, is an advantage. To quickly adapt to the role, we prefer candidates with a keen interest in our product range and areas or café operations.
