Do you want to work extra as a personal assistant?
One of our clients is currently looking for an assistant who can work every third weekend and a couple of weekday evenings (shorter shifts) each month. The position is at 27% and is particularly suitable for you who are studying.
Since the workplace is in the woman's home, high demands are placed on personal maturity and consideration. You who are applying must possess good social skills and be attentive and responsible.
You are also meticulous/organized and good at keeping time. You find it easy to open up and are a warm and empathetic person. You have an easy time understanding and expressing yourself in Swedish. It is important that you have the ability to maintain a "holistic perspective" at the workplace and ensure that the person receives help with both the big and the small. Of course, you help each other in the workgroup, but it is important that everyone sees that they have a significant role in the workplace and that there is a shared responsibility.
Some "key qualities" we are looking for in you are: Responsible, empathetic, positive, and understanding.
We are only looking for women for this position.
The client is allergic to pets.
Experience working as a personal assistant is not a requirement but is an advantage. Personal chemistry and suitability always weigh the heaviest.
Our client is a middle-aged woman living in central Umeå. It is advantageous if you also live centrally as there may be working hours that do not align with bus schedules. During weekends, there are three shorter shifts on both Saturday and Sunday, so it is good if the distance between you and our client is not too far.
Job tasks may include helping the woman with dressing and undressing, transfers, managing the home, taking walks, assisting with various errands, etc. In summary, the job consists of helping the client live the best life she wishes.
Start date for the position: Immediately and after completed training.
