At Inre Kraft, we are seeking substitute assistants to strengthen our existing staff groups during acute absences, often at short notice, but also during planned leave such as school holidays and vacations.

The work involves you working where the customer is, during varying working hours scheduled during the day, evening, and night. We are looking for someone who is attentive, flexible, and willing to work. All customers we serve have different needs and interests, so we welcome applicants of different genders, ages, and varying experiences and working methods. However, female applicants will be prioritized. We also see that you can work both independently and in a team. The most important thing is that we together focus on the customer's needs, both big and small, to enable an independent and participatory everyday life.

Personal suitability and the customer's choice are the absolute most important factors in recruitment. Please take extra time to write a personal letter where you tell us about yourself and explain why you find the job of a personal assistant interesting.

Requirements: You speak and understand Swedish at a good level. You have a criminal record extract from the police. (You can easily order this from the police's website). We also see it as a great advantage if you have a driver's license and access to a car, as public transport does not align with working hours, but this is not a requirement.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, we have a collective agreement in Industry G.
