A 31-year-old man is looking for two personal assistants for two 100% positions. One starting on January 1, 2025, and the other on January 16, 2025. Due to a long introduction, recruitment will take place immediately.

He has a small group around him, 4 personal assistants + his parents. Everyone works one-on-one with him; when he is traveling, there are always 2 assistants with him.

His shifts are night, day, around the clock, and weekends. He lives in a 3-room apartment in central Kiruna and works during weekdays at Coop and Savo.

The man has his own car that assistants drive. Therefore, it is very beneficial if you have a B driver's license so you can get around. He has been granted transport services and travels by bus/train.

This is a cheerful and positive guy. He is blind, has autism, and a developmental disability. Despite this, he is constantly developing, and there seem to be no limits to what he can learn. He enjoys carrying firewood, building Lego, baking, walking in the city and hiking in the woods, boating and snowmobiling, listening to music, going to movies and concerts, dining out, being in a cabin and staying in hotels, traveling in a camper van, bowling, swimming, going to the gym, and much more.

Even though he already knows a lot, he wants to learn new things, so it is IMPORTANT that you can work with "hands off" and refrain from taking over tasks he can do or wants to learn to do!

Since he cannot see, his surroundings use verbal communication and symbols to guide him. Therefore, you need to have very good knowledge of spoken Swedish.

Requirements:

You speak and understand the Swedish language at a very good level.

You have a police record extract. (This can be easily ordered from the police's website).

References from previous jobs (to be provided after the interview).

Things to consider before your application:
