About the Company

We are a company with two different operations. One operation focuses on long-term work with two companies where we offer comprehensive services in finance, and the other operation deals with corporate services where we take in smaller companies that are to be closed down, involving some administration, accounting, and small financial statements.

Your Responsibilities

As an accountant with us, you will play an important role in ensuring that accounting and administration run smoothly. Your main responsibilities include:

• Handling and bookkeeping of accounts payable and receivable.
• Payments and account reconciliation.
• Support in payroll administration and reporting.
• Monitoring of inflows and outflows as well as handling reminders.
• Year-end closing work, preparing smaller financial statements.
• Other administrative and finance-related tasks.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is easy-going, organized, structured, and enjoys working in a role where details matter. You have an interest in learning new tasks. You are capable of working independently. You are a team player with good communication skills and a desire to develop together with us.

We Prefer That You Have:

• Education in finance (high school or post-secondary).
• Experience with similar tasks.
• Good computer skills and experience with accounting systems such as Visma e-ekonomi and Fortnox.
• Have completed or assisted with year-end closing.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

About the Position:

The position is a permanent part-time employment at 50% with the possibility of increased working hours. We apply a probationary period. Start date is according to agreement.
